For nearly two decades, I’ve worked inside organizations — shaping strategy, advising executives, and supporting leaders who care deeply about their people and their results… and were quietly burning out. 

What I saw wasn’t a lack of talent.
It was a lack of clarity, alignment, and support for the human side of leadership.

 

That changed how I work. And why I do this work at all.

Leadership shouldn’t require losing yourself to prove your value.
People shouldn’t have to be depleted for organizations to perform.
And capable leaders shouldn’t have to carry everything alone.
 

The way leadership is practiced in many organizations isn’t sustainable — for people or performance.
